MATERIALS
We have improved our packaging.
Boxes and big packs
We use paperboard and cardboard made with 80% recycled and 100% recyclable material.
Plastics
The plastics – indispensable to conserve our products – that we use in our packaging are 100% recyclable.
ENERGY
We have installed three solar power plants that enable us to generate 70% of our electric power consumption with clean solar energy, reducing our carbon footprint by the equivalent of 250 tons of CO2 per year.
FOOD WASTE
We have managed to significantly prolong the useful life of our fresh products with our new packaging system, reducing the waste associated with “best before” dates.
AUTOCHTHONOUS BREEDS AND DEHESAS
Here at Hamburdehesa we are committed to fostering biodiversity, the future of the native breeds and extensive farming that respects animal welfare and the environment in natural, rural surroundings like the dehesa.

We deal directly with the family farms that raise the livestock, avoiding intermediaries and fostering rural development.
